WHO INVENTED THE RADAR IN 1931?

Guillermo Marconi said in 1922 that when there was bad visibility boats could be detected. This idea was showed in 1931 by the construction of an equipment to send impulses from radio detector on ships. The first radar was installed in Normandy, on a French boat, to locate the presence of icebergs.
