WHO INVENTED THE VIDEOCASSETTE IN 1951 ?




The first video that was recorded was done in 1951, years after RCA made the tape recorder. In 1956 the firm of 3M Scotch sold the first video tape and so the format of videoing for the public began. In 1975 the firm of Sony introduced the Beta-Max recorders and this was followed by JVC who introduced the VHS recorders.
